Clinic Day 3 and viillage visit

We had a great day today!!  We started with joining the teachers for their devotions.  Their worship time is amazing!!  Their love for the Lord is evident.

The study bibles we brought we distributed.  It was awesome to see them thumbing through looking at all the notes, maps and diagrams they haven't had before.

GSF has a feeding program where people come from some of the surrounding villages.  Most of the people on the feeding program are elderly women called Jaja's who are taking care of mulitple children.  The kiddos are all so adorable!

We finished up our clinic seeing the last of the workers and older kids.
Bethany's hair is graying- due to dry shampoo :)

One of the GSF kiddos is getting adopted by a family who lives in Winston.  It's so cool that God brought us here at the same time!

African umbrellas!  You make do with what you have in a pinch!

In the afternoon we went out into the villages to take some things to a few of the Jaja's.
This lady was so honored for us to come to her home.

Another one of the Jaja's.  This is her kitchen- she was preparing dinner.

Another of the Jaja's.  So thankful for our bag of groceries.

We took bouncy balls and candy to give the children as we were walking.  Near the end a large group of kids were getting home from school and they all ran up around Rhonda.  She eventually just started throwing the balls.  The kids LOVED the balls!!!

The older children (or even not so old children) take care of the younger ones
